• The IT Specialist position is a crucial role within our team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including incident management, handling requests, and managing IT infrastructure. Additionally, the person in this position will train users on best practices for utilizing IT services, address business needs related to data security, and provide technical support.

• Resolve technical issues (software, hardware, and network).
• Manage IT equipment orders, supplier relationships, and inventory.
• Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and IT infrastructure projects.
• Provide employee training and maintain IT documentation.

• Proven experience in IT support (remote and on-site).
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, Azure, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in an international environment.
