responsibilities :

• Management of IT networks.
• Supervision of computer, printing and phone equipment.
• Developing, implementing and supporting users by local systems (cement and concrete dispatch, incoming goods, HR systems).
• Supporting users by securing hardware, software and communications.
• Work in IT helpdesk team (remote and onsite support).
• Work in the international projects and representation of DY Polska.
• Management of documentation of network elements.

• Practical knowledge of ICT network construction.
• Knowledge and understanding of network protocols; knowledge of network management tools.
• Ability to diagnose and remove problems occurring in a network.
• Ability to configure and manage network devices (switches, routers, access points).
• Ability to configure and manage phone devices.
• Administration, diagnosis and maintenance of HP line servers.
• Knowledge of antivirus , backup and recovery applications.
• Working and managing Active Directory, MS Exchange.
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems (MS Office 365, Teams, Windows and Windows Server).
• Ability to diagnose and remove problems occurring in applications.
• Very good knowledge of English B2/C level.
• Availability also after standard working hours.
