responsibilities :
Resolving helpdesk tickets
Resolving basic network issues
Contact with suppliers
Purchasing IT hardware/software
Point of support for office and production area
Setting up PC’s, laptops and mobile phones
Printers/copiers and thermal printers setup, problem-solving
Directly reporting to IT Manager based in UK, dotted line to Director of Operations Europe
Potential interactions with Swedish and UK IT
Administrating CCTV system
Support with Enova 365 system
Support with T&A system (maintenance)
Basic support with ERP system Jeeves and Laptu
requirements-expected :
Technically we are looking for someone with a mix of skills to include,
Windows Server from 2016 to 2022
Windows 10/11 Enterprise environment
HP/Lenovo Desktop and Laptop Hardware
Corporate Wifi Solutions (Cisco Meraki)
Printers Ink and thermal transfer
Basic Cisco Networks
Knowledge of android systems
Microsoft 365 basic administration
Basic SQL, Excel and VBA (optional)
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and customer focused, with experience of providing advice and guidance to customers over the telephone, e-mail , helpdesk and in person with a proven track record of service delivery as well as being an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability of working within a demanding environment and be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage.
