About Our Client

Our client is a large organization with a new Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, which is currently forming new procurement structures with responsibilities around Europe.

Job Description

• Manage IT procurement activities within the organization.
• Work closely with the IT department to understand their procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing activities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
• Implement cost-saving measures in IT procurement.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify procurement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
• A strong understanding of the IT procurement.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• A results-oriented mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Very good command of English.
