We are looking for a mid-level IT Sourcing Consultant to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top IT talent across multiple technology areas, building talent pipelines, and partnering with our recruiters and account managers to deliver excellent candidates to our clients.

- 2+ years of experience in IT sourcing or IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Proactive, creative, and goal-oriented mindset.
