Job Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs for process-oriented, system-level, and integration-focused IT solutions to address business needs effectively.
• Ensure security and performance by assessing and implementing strategies to maintain high levels of security and performance in IT system architecture.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align proposed solutions with organizational objectives and architectural strategies.
• Ensure that architectural designs and implementations adhere to the company’s strategic guidelines and governance standards.
• Conduct detailed analysis of interdependencies between requirements and assess the mutual impact of changes across projects.
• Design robust integration architectures to enable seamless communication between systems and services.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, recommending tools or platforms that align with business and architectural goals.
• Provide technical expertise during testing phases and assist project teams in successful deployment of IT solutions.
• Identify potential risks in the architecture, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure the solutions meet compliance standards.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, fostering knowledge sharing and ensuring smooth handovers to operational teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in a Similar Role: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable position designing IT systems.
• Proficiency in Modeling and Designing IT Architectures: Strong ability to model, design, and implement effective IT system architectures.
• Knowledge of Modern Technological Solutions: Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, and TMF Open APIs, with a proven ability to apply these technologies effectively.
• Strong Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and Solution-Oriented Approach: A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
• Experience with Collaborative Tools: Practical knowledge of group collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation Focus: Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and adopting new technologies or methodologies where relevant.
• Experience in Mentoring or Leadership: Ability to guide junior team members and share architectural best practices.
• Knowledge of IT Governance and Compliance: Familiarity with IT standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly in enterprise environments.
