• Development, modification, and implementation of processes on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Working with databases, optimizing, and creating T-SQL queries
• Analyzing business requirements and effectively communicating with users to design and adapt IT solutions
• Providing support to business system users and collaborating with software vendors
• Participating in the planning and execution of IT development projects
• Creating and managing solutions that support the automation of business processes

• Master degree in IT, technical or related
• Strong proficiency in WEBCON BPS with at least 3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 tools, with MS Excel skills is a must
• Understanding of IT system design, development, testing and implementation
• English – fluent, at least B2/C1
• Team player
• Result-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView is a plus
• Knowledge of databases and T-SQL
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
