responsibilities :
Drive Software Order Excellence: Take full ownership of software orders—overseeing everything from entry and validation to renewals, invoice verification, and chargebacks.
Master the Details: Keep meticulous records of every order, payment, and transaction, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Software Asset Managers (SAM), Business Controllers, Finance, Contract Managers, to ensure seamless, compliant order management.
Delight Our Internal Customers: Be the trusted point of contact for order status, delivery timelines, and rapid issue resolution.
Solve Problems Fast: Tackle discrepancies and customer concerns with confidence and creativity.
Analyze & Advise: Turn data into insights—generate and interpret reports on order status, sales trends, and inventory levels to guide business decisions.
Own the Process: Manage the entire order cycle, making a visible impact on Volvo’s operational excellence.
requirements-expected :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in order management, ideally in the software or IT sector.
Tech Skills: Knowledge in ServiceNow, ERP/order management software, and MS Office Suite (Excel & Power BI) would be a great asset.
Communication: Excellent English, both spoken and written.
Detail-Oriented: You’re organized, accurate, and thorough—nothing escapes your notice.
Problem-Solver: Resourceful, proactive, and effective under pressure.
Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic, international environment.
