providing ongoing operational support for applications and systems;
infrastructure monitoring of applications and systems;
solving complex, non-standard problems through proactive troubleshooting;

requirements-expected :

master’s, engineer’s or bachelor’s degree;
at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration and scripting (Bash, PowerShell);
familiarity with aspects of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, SSH, etc.);
familiarity with the field of software engineering and system integration;
experience in logging and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus etc.);
experience in leading teams in troubleshooting, resolving issues;
knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps (CI/CD) principles and practices;
knowledge of Cloud Computing;
communicative English.
