We are looking for an IT Service Owner (ITSO) responsible for the ongoing supply and support of IT services, acting as a single point of contact for those services in line with ITIL Service Lifecycle phases: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse controls, governance processes, and technology experts.

responsibilities :
Maintain effective control of end-to-end applications, services, and infrastructure
Ensure successful operation and continuous improvement of services
Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with IT controls and FIM requirements
Proactively plan service requirements (e.g., evergreening, capacity upgrades, vulnerability management)
Manage delivery and execution of IT control tasks within timelines
Act as a contact or escalation point for service-related requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Owners, Risk & Control Officers, Cyber Security, etc.)
Regularly review inventory tools to maintain accurate service and application information
Stay updated on IT control and governance requirements and share knowledge with colleagues

requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure/Software Support, or Project Management
Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies (SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security, Change Management)
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and risk management
Proven experience in IT control, governance, and compliance
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead conversations with senior leadership
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, or databases (Oracle)
Excellent communication skills in English
