We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of IT Manager . We are committed to excellence and are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our IT team and ensure the smooth operation of all IT processes, standards, rules, and policies.
Leading and managing a team of 6-8 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) in the Internal IT team
Ensuring the company has robust IT processes, standards, rules, and policies in place.
Overseeing all IT operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Managing IT security, data retention, disaster recovery to protect the companys data and systems.
Handling more complex technical issues (still to be open for hands on tasks)
Collaborating with other departments to support their IT needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Developing and implementing IT strategies to support the companys growth and objectives (planning for capacity, budget, …)
Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Providing leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
At least 2 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role (preferably in an international company)
Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and best practices.
Current technical knowledge about Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security.
Experience in managing IT operations and ensuring IT security.
ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
