What we expect
- min. 3 years of experience in IT environment (preferably IT Financial Systems),
- fluency in English is essential,
- analytical skills,
- experience in writing technical and support documentation,
- working knowledge of collaboration tools,
- able to understand both IT and Business point of view.

Your tasks
- IT Security, back-up and recovery,
- IT Support and maintenance of SAAS applications and related infrastructure to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of global business operations,
- regular monitor and report environments health and statistic details to relevant stakeholder,
- create productive relationships with end users to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and problems,
- work closely and collaborate with Solution Experts and other IT team members to support operations and process improvements,
- create and maintain documentation/procedures to ensure support and maintenance of SaaS systems, including system descriptions, configurations, change management, policies and procedures,
- perform other responsibilities and duties as requested.
