For the international client we are looking for a person for the position of IT Service Manager Lead.

responsibilities :
IT Security, back-up and recovery,
IT Support and maintenance of SAAS applications and related infrastructure to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of global business operations,
regular monitor and report environments health and statistic details to relevant stakeholder,
create productive relationships with end users to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and problems,
work closely and collaborate with Solution Experts and other IT team members to support operations and process improvements,
create and maintain documentation/procedures to ensure support and maintenance of SaaS systems, including system descriptions, configurations, change management, policies and procedures,
perform other responsibilities and duties as requested.
requirements-expected :
min. 3 years of experience in IT environment (preferably IT Financial Systems),
fluency in English is essential,
analytical skills,
experience in writing technical and support documentation,
working knowledge of collaboration tools,
able to understand both IT and Business point of view.
