responsibilities :
Lead the Service Management Office (SMO) team and secure the team deliveries.
Assure operational service quality, continuity, compliance, and performance.
Drive and assure the service compliance, performance and core process harmonisation.
Responsible for achieving benefits from standardizing and following service management policies, processes, and methods being leveraged by our full-service delivery.
Responsible for developing and anchoring methodologies, processes, models, and the IT Service Management (ServiceNow) tool within the organization and its stakeholders.
Maintain overall process performance and compliance and provide service management reporting.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Relevant certification will be advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a SMO position, either as lead or process manager.
Expert on ITIL Best Practice and how to apply and manage it in practice.
Deep knowledge of IT Service Delivery and Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
Knowledge about ITSM Platforms, ServiceNow.
