Currently, for our client we are looking for candidates for the position of an IT Service Desk Specialist with French (M/K). Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Major Incidents (Priority 1 & 2) Monitor incidents and escalate when required Communicate incident status to stakeholders Support technical teams during service restoration Prepare reports and participate in incident reviews Requirements: Experience in IT Service Desk/ IT Support/ Incident Management Knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow (SNOW) ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus) Fluent English and French Ability to work under pressure and coordinate virtual teams What our client offers: Private medical care, life insurance, and sports card Access to training and certification platforms Hybrid working model Home office equipment Friendly and collaborative work environment
