responsibilities :
First point of contact for all IT-related inquiries
Provide 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting support for hardware and software, on-site and via remote access
Install, configure, and manage end-user devices (e.g., workstations, smartphones, laptops)
Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions
Hand over hardware, provide introductions, and train end users
Ensure endpoint device security (anti-malware, encryption, patching, OS support)
Contribute to central internal IT projects
Procure, manage, and maintain IT assets
requirements-expected :
Completed vocational training in an IT-related profession or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of current Microsoft products as well as standard hardware
Experience with Google products (G Suite) is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Poland (very limited)
Excellent Polish skills (spoken and written) and good English skills; German / Czech knowledge is an advantage
ITIL knowledge is desirable
Customer-friendly and service-oriented working style with strong social skills
Strong communication skills with a high level of customer and service orientation
