responsibilities :


  • First point of contact for all IT-related inquiries
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting support for hardware and software, on-site and via remote access
  • Install, configure, and manage end-user devices (e.g., workstations, smartphones, laptops)
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions
  • Hand over hardware, provide introductions, and train end users
  • Ensure endpoint device security (anti-malware, encryption, patching, OS support)
  • Contribute to central internal IT projects
  • Procure, manage, and maintain IT assets

requirements-expected :


  • Completed vocational training in an IT-related profession or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of current Microsoft products as well as standard hardware
  • Experience with Google products (G Suite) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Poland (very limited)
  • Excellent Polish skills (spoken and written) and good English skills; German / Czech knowledge is an advantage
  • ITIL knowledge is desirable
  • Customer-friendly and service-oriented working style with strong social skills
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of customer and service orientation
