Project information:

• Type of project: Service Desk/ IT Support
• Location: Katowice/ hybrid working model
• Languages: English & French
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Salary range: 7000 - 10000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to French-speaking customers and responding to their queries
• Performing troubleshooting activities
• Resolving IT related problems and issues

Requirements:

• First IT support working experience
• Very good knowledge of English and French - at least B2 level
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with operating/monitoring systems - nice to have
