ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Participate in design, optimization, and implementation new solutions for CMC users
  • Provide front line IT support to client
  • Manages relationships with key vendors (in conjunction with the IT Manager)
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all computer hardware and software
  • Provide end–user, routine maintenance, and infrastructure support
  • Moderate network performance and troubleshooting
  • Assists in the design and development of procedures according to IT standards, functional specifications and design requirements
  • Compose and maintain technical specifications and documentation
  • Remain active and aware as the second level of IT end user support
  • Assist other IT Teams (Client Engineering, ExchangeAD, Security, Network, etc.) to ensure customer requests are being met in a timely manner
  • Manage recorded ticketscases according to SLA
  • Resolve routine and non-routine problems through standard troubleshooting procedures recommending and implement best practice solutions


WYMAGANIA:
  • 3 - 5 years of Service Delivery experience
  • Must be Technology savvy IT professional with skills / experience that covers the following:
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Family
  • Knowledge of client operating systems Windows 10/11 & various MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS based mobile devices
  • Basic Knowledge of Network Printer devices (configurationinstallation)
  • Basic Knowledge of diagnosing problems in TCP/IP computer network
  • Basic Knowledge of Server Roles as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
  • Basic Knowledge of MECM, Intune, Entra, MS Teams and dedicated phone devices a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study is highly desirable
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the presence and style to present information to executives
  • Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and best practices
  • Driving license
  • Advanced PC troubleshooting skills
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Able to work 4 days a week at Zawiercie location and preferably 1 day a week remotely
