responsibilities :
Participate in design, optimization and implementation of new solutions for CMC users
Provide front line IT support to client
Leading person for telephone system based on MS Teams and Audiocodes devices
Manages relationships with key vendors (in conjunction with the IT Manager)
Install, maintain and troubleshoot all computer hardware and software
Provide end–user, routine maintenance and infrastructure support
Moderate network performance and troubleshooting
Assists in the design and development of procedures according to IT standards, functional specifications and design requirements
Compose and maintain technical specifications and documentation
Remain active and aware as the second level of IT end user support
Manage recorded tickets/cases according to SLA
Resolve routine and non-routine problems through standard troubleshooting procedures recommending and implement best practice solutions
requirements-expected :
3 - 5 years of Service Delivery experience
Advanced PC troubleshooting skills
Must be Technology savvy IT professional with skills / experience that covers the following:
__ Knowledge of Teams environment and SIP devices
__ Knowledge of Audiocodes solutions (SBC, SBA, MP, OVOC) as a plus
__ Knowledge of Windows Server Family
__ Knowledge of client operating systems Windows 10/11 & various MS Office Suite
__ Knowledge of Android and iOS based mobile devices
__ Basic Knowledge of Network Printer devices (configuration/installation)
__ Basic Knowledge of diagnosing problems in TCP/IP computer network
__ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Identity and endpoint management solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study is highly desirable
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the presence and style to present information to executives
Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and best practices
Driving license
