about-project :
Provide front line IT support to client (Desktop Support, End-User Computing, Workplace Services). Install, maintain and configure PCs, printers, associated peripherals and software. Troubleshoot and provide end–user, HW and SW support, routine maintenance, infrastructure support. Ensure that calls and tickets for support are dealt promptly and appropriately. Liaise with internal customers and vendors as required.
responsibilities :
Participate in design, optimization, and implementation new solutions for CMC users
Provide front line IT support to client
Manages relationships with key vendors (in conjunction with the IT Manager)
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all computer hardware and software
Provide end–user, routine maintenance, and infrastructure support
Moderate network performance and troubleshooting
Assists in the design and development of procedures according to IT standards, functional specifications and design requirements
Compose and maintain technical specifications and documentation
Remain active and aware as the second level of IT end user support
Assist other IT Teams (Client Engineering, Exchange-AD, Security, Network, etc.) to ensure customer requests are being met in a timely manner
Manage recorded tickets-cases according to SLA
Resolve routine and non-routine problems through standard troubleshooting procedures recommending and implement best practice solutions
requirements-expected :
3 - 5 years of Service Delivery experience
Must be Technology savvy IT professional with skills / experience that covers the following
Knowledge of Windows Server Family
Knowledge of client operating systems Windows 10/11 & various MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Android and iOS based mobile devices
Basic Knowledge of Network Printer devices (configuration-installation)
Basic Knowledge of diagnosing problems in TCP/IP computer network
Basic Knowledge of Server Roles as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
Basic Knowledge of MECM, Intune, Entra, MS Teams and dedicated phone devices a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study is highly desirable
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the presence and style to present information to executives
Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and best practices
Driving license
Advanced PC troubleshooting skills
Able to travel up to 10% of the time
Able to work 4 days a week at Zawiercie location and preferably 1 day a week remotely
