Your future team

The IT Consultant will be part of a dynamic team of Consultants and Functional Leads focused on delivering high-quality projects, support, and solutions to the ROCKWOOL Group. ROCKWOOL is an international organization; candidates will be required to travel when needed and work in CET time zone according to the provided schedule.

What you will be doing

  1. Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with templates.
  2. Distinguishing between critical and less-important business requirements and tasks.
  3. Proactively identifying functional and non-functional enhancements to add value to business by analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting business processes and procedures.
  4. Working with Project Consultants, Functional Leads, Solution Architects, and product managers within ROCKWOOL to provide authorization services for the rollout of the SAP-based systems as well as IAM-integrated systems in our operating companies (OPCOs) around the world.
  5. Facilitating request fulfillment as well as change management related to roles accesses and users in SAP and IAM systems as well as user acceptance.
  6. Creating and maintaining Identity and Access Management policies as well as Segregation of Duties policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data.
  7. Overseeing IAM user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and monitoring to ensure compliance with security policies.
  8. Providing constant insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems.
  9. Providing deep functional expertise of SAP Authorization capabilities.
  10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Identity and Access Management and the broader IT field.
  11. Analyzing business requirements through fit/gap analysis and coordinating/prioritizing solution gaps with business process owners and securing change management.
  12. Supporting IT professionals by setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer-facing and backend of Identity and Access Management solution and SAP (in Authorization area) including providing support services.
  13. Providing functional guidance to ensure Identity and Access Management solution integrity and maintaining documentation towards integrated systems updated (functional and technical specifications).
  14. Promoting and maintaining a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, customer-focused attitude within and between departments.
  15. Ensuring that daily operational support of the IAM system meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the OPCOs.
  16. Delivering high-quality remote Identity and Access Management and SAP Authorization product training and specialized services to service consumers.

What you bring

  1. Minimum degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant education.
  2. 5 years plus experience within SAP Authorization.
  3. Good understanding of basic DevOps principles, tools, and cloud solutions.
  4. Basic knowledge related to MySQL database, Linux, and scripting.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  6. High level of logical intelligence.
  7. Written and spoken English proficiency.
  8. Previous experience with ITIL framework & Agile methodologies.
  9. Knowledge or experience with Saviynt (or other IAM) solutions would be an advantage.
