YOUR TEAM

Insights & Data delivers state-of-the-art Data solutions. Our expertise primarily lies in Cloud & Big Data engineering, where we develop robust systems capable of processing extensive and complex datasets, utilizing specialized Cloud Data services across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP and work with such technologies like Databricks and Snowflake. We oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of these solutions, which involves not only leveraging data processing tools such as ETL but also extensive programming in languages like Python, Scala, or Java, coupled with the adoption of DevOps tools and best practices. The processed data is then made accessible to downstream systems through APIs, outbound interfaces, or is visualized via comprehensive reports and dashboards. Additionally, within our AI Center of Excellence, we undertake Data Science and Machine Learning projects with a focus on cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Anomaly Detection, and Computer Vision.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead client negotiations, project budget, KPIs, SLAs and other delivery related topics with the customer stakeholders.
• Recruitment, onboarding and introducing new employees to the company and department.
• Acting as local leader for the Insights & Data department in Cracov.
• Onboarding of employees to projects based on their experience and competences as well as their recruitment and hiring.
• Leading a team developing and maintaining BI, Big Data & Cloud Data solutions designed for the individual needs of our clients.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Senior Project Manager and People Manager with a passion for managing IT projects and guiding talented development teams, preferably in BI, DWH, Big Data, or Cloud areas. This role involves direct collaboration with external clients, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering projects with excellence. The ideal candidate values honesty, open communication, and effective teamwork. If you thrive in leading diverse teams and are eager to contribute to an open, collaborative environment, wed love to hear from you.

We also place great importance on the candidate who has:

• At least 6 years of experience in leading development teams or managing IT projects.
• Experience in working with external clients.
• Open mind, and good teamwork skills.
• Good command of English or/and German.
• Knowledge of local IT Market in Cracov is a plus.
