Your responsibilities Setting direction, defining goals, and building purpose for your team. Delegating, empowering, and following up on progress and delivery. Coaching and developing direct reports, fostering a high-performing, open, and trusting culture. Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful deliveries Promoting standard software, fighting to keep a clean core and deploy best practice. Selecting and onboarding high-performing team members, building team spirit and engagement - both your own internal, but also augmented external staff capacities. Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous training in a regulated environment. Employer requirements 5 years proven leadership in IT delivery teams - agile software delivery preferred. Strong skills in situational leadership, change management and transformation. Experience collaborating across teams, business units, and management groups. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in remote management and working with distributed teams. Experience in one or more of application areas QMS, HRIS, ITSM or CWS and preferred platforms: Veeva, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project Portfolio Management Software.
