Lead the Digital Technology and Infrastructure department, focusing on the development and deployment of innovative technology products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public and private Cloud Solutions, Network,
Security & Enterprise Architects, and our SOC teams across the global organization. You are responsible for Product teams that across Poland, Denmark and Colombia.
Drive the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Oversee the ongoing operations and enhancements of the technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage vendor relationships and conduct cyber security risk assessments on new and existing vendors and solutions
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise companies, preferably in IT or digital organizations.
Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Should have experience in identifying, planning, and managing improvements in the ITIL framework.
ITSM Tools Proficiency: Must have an advanced familiarity with ITSM tools. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Framework Understanding: Should have a solid understanding of ITIL, Lean, and Agile frameworks.
Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the technology sector, preferably in a global organization.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to make informed decisions independently.
Strong understanding of digital technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work with geographically distributed and English-speaking cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud solutions, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and transformation of applications and services to the cloud.
