Deploy, configure, and support end-user hardware (PCs, laptops, mobiles, printers), operating systems, and productivity software.
Apply ITSM processes (asset, change, incident, request, problem, and project management) to meet service level agreements.
Maintain and refresh the IT disaster recovery plan; conduct stakeholder walkthroughs as needed.
Support site-based IT systems and participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Drive operational excellence, security, and infrastructure initiatives; identify improvement opportunities.
Lead peers and influence customers to ensure compliance with IT standards and share best practices.
Participate in internal audits and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for IT infrastructure.
Uphold company policies on ethics, data protection, security, and compliance; safeguard physical and information assets.
Analyse complex data to recommend improvements and lead technical teams with minimal supervision.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree, Associate degree or high school diploma
4 years IT experience required
ITIL foundations certification and/or CompTIA A+ certification is nice to have
MS Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Suites
Hardware - PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, PC peripherals
Working knowledge of other IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, phone systems)
Knowledge of miscellaneous equipment used in manufacturing locations such as bar code scanners, specialized printers, industrial PCs, RF Scanners, etc. is very nice to have
Ability to adapt and learn; to support complex IT environments that may contain various operating systems, desktop, network, phone, and mobile technology
IT Service Management (ITIL) - Asset Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, and Change Management
Ability to lead IT initiatives across the organization
