ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.
In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. How you will get the job done
- supporting and managing activities related to the SoD function for all applications onboarded in the IAM system
- interacting with and advising line managers of different levels across the entire organization to resolve SoD conflicts and support them regarding remediation measures
- ensuring the SoD Control process (preventive and detective SoD control) are operationally followed on a daily basis
- reviewing the daily SoD report to assess any conflicts that have occurred, and working with relevant stakeholders, and application teams to facilitate and carry out remediation activity
- cooperating with other IAM team members and application project managers to provide guidance on SoD classification and perform QA activities during regular operation
- handling of SoD related queries from stakeholders via various communication channels like SoD Support mailbox, Viva Engage channels, etc.
- performing analysis based on SoD reports and historical data input on a regular basis with regard to remediation and clean-up of SoD Conflicts
- taking care of documentation/ information material related to SoD info-sessions, training, self-service rollout and facilitating adoption of SoD functionality with stakeholders
- adapting SoD processes and tasks due to changes in service delivery support, transitioning to a more mature operating model, audit requirements or IRM requirements, etc.
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent spoken and written English
- extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Identity and Access Management (including solution architecture and good practices)
- deep understanding of regulatory requirements (BaFin) and working on SoD or/and with compliance frameworks for business roles
- experience with IAM tools like One Identity Manager / Sailpoint in a Business Analyst or Expert role is preferred
- experience in reporting and establishing metrics in Power BI or other reporting solutions
- strong facilitation, presentation and multidisciplinary communication skills as well as confidence in engaging with business stakeholders
- consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
