Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating cybersecurity implementation projects , ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2).
• Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing security policies for the organizations IT systems.
• Managing cryptographic measures and encryption , ensuring the appropriate implementation of data protection methods.
• Developing policies and procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing vulnerabilities in IT systems.
• Implementing strong access control measures , including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other technologies to ensure a high level of security.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security measures through appropriate audit policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining incident response plans , including procedures for detecting, analyzing, and reporting incidents. Establishing processes for prompt reporting of significant security incidents in compliance with applicable regulations and required notification deadlines.
• Organizing regular cybersecurity training for all employees, including management, to increase awareness of potential threats.
• Developing and implementing business continuity strategies to minimize operational downtime and mitigate losses in the event of cybersecurity incidents.
• Implementing security measures to manage risks associated with the supply chain , ensuring the resilience and integrity of suppliers and business partners.
• Promoting cybersecurity best practices and basic computer hygiene among employees to create a secure and resilient digital environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
• Practical knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, GDPR, NIS2).
• Ability to conduct threat analysis and risk assessments in IT systems.
• Strong leadership skills for managing project teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Effective technical communication skills for IT teams and senior management.
• Fluent English proficiency (B2/C1) in technical and business contexts.
