- Proven experience in implementing and/or maintaining an ISMS, preferably in an ISO 27001‑certified environment.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and security controls (organizational, technical, and procedural).
- Experience working with ISO 27001 (and ideally related standards such as ISO 27002, ISO 27005).
- Ability to translate regulatory and standard requirements into practical, scalable processes and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and drive them to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CISA).
- Experience in large or complex organizations, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment.
- Experience with NIS2, GDPR, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
