Your responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales teams and sales leaders to assess, analyze, and develop sales competency improvement programs.
2. Perform onboarding training, sales processes and methodology, and sales enablement.
3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs/initiatives to determine whether they meet the organizations expectations.
4. Support development and communication efforts within sales teams to support new product introductions, system/tool/process awareness, etc.
5. Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner.

Our requirements:

1. Business fluency in German and English - both mandatory.
2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience - must have.
3. IT themes knowledge.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Optional:

1. Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
2. Coaching experience.
