IT Sales and Business Development Manager

Hello,

People More has been in existence for over 3 years and is an offshoot of one of the country’s oldest interactive agencies — Insignia. The company works with a wide client base in the country and abroad, building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their solutions. We collaborate on projects worldwide.

For the project we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for IT Sales and Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth – Identify and connect with new clients to expand our IT services portfolio.
  • Shape Strategy – Play a key role in defining and refining our business development approach.
  • Client Engagement – Lead meetings with clients, showcasing People More’s solutions and capabilities.
  • Create Winning Proposals – Prepare tailored offers and negotiate contracts that deliver value for both sides.
  • Boost Our Brand – Collaborate on marketing content that highlights our expertise and strengthens our presence.
  • Be Our Ambassador – Represent People More at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience of selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment.
  • Polish and English proficiency (C1 preferred).
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Open, positive and client-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of global business.
  • Experience dealing with client-facing commercial topics like business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations, especially in Software House.
  • Willingness to travel.
