• As a Digital Compliance Lead, you will join our diverse Informatics community of smart, fun, wholehearted, and engaged professionals from various functional areas. • Support the development and integration of data privacy practices into product development
• Help manage risks associated with the handling of personal information and patient data
• Provide advice on privacy concepts and good privacy practices for data access, data generation, and data reuse
• Provide insights on global privacy requirements and awareness of the latest trends in the area of data privacy
• Respond to and help resolve issues related to data privacy breaches or concerns
• Serve as a point of contact for data privacy questions and guidance within the organization

• At least 5 years of experience in a large global enterprise IT environment within data privacy
• BA or BS in informatics, life science, business, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge and understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and how these apply to healthcare data
• Ability to identify and address privacy risks effectively
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, inclusive of Agile 
• Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex information, issues, and potential solutions at an executive level in English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
