As Risk & Compliance Solutions Architect , your mission is to maximize business value realization from the adoption of risk management & data protection toolset. To accomplish this mission, you will liaise with internal customers and community of key users across Hitachi Energy. You will be responsible for governing the solution architecture and its adoption roadmap in line with business strategy, priorities and processes. You will contribute to ensuring proper IT risk and data protection governance for the company.

Your responsibilities

1. Act as product owner for data protection & IT risk management solutions (e.g. ServiceNow IRM).
2. Facilitate governance meetings with internal customers to drive business value realization.
3. Ensure correct usage of the solutions within the business through key users community and trainings.
4. Maintain solution-related documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, user guides, training materials).
5. Support internal customers and key users to ensure their successful onboarding into the solutions.
6. Analyze business requirements and work with the technical support team to implement enhancements.
7. Drive efforts to enable process automation (e.g. automated controls, data quality assurance).
8. Review and prioritize service requests (e.g., groups, reports, etc.) and demands (ideas, user stories, etc.).

Your background

1. Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC).
2. Broad knowledge of data protection technical solutions (e.g. Microsoft Purview).
3. Familiarity with data protection and risk management best practices, laws, and regulations.
4. Ability to design and deploy end-to-end solutions together with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Previous experience in IT Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance function.
7. 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Risk Management, IT Audit, Compliance.
8. Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration.
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
