IT Recruiter (Warsaw)

You and your Tasks:

1. Good-level written and spoken English
2. 3+ years of experience in a high-paced recruitment role, with a track record of high-quality hires for technical roles
3. 3+ years of experience working in an international environment
4. Experience setting up processes in an iterative way
5. Track record of high-quality hires for executive and lead roles
6. Cooperation with heads of departments
7. Experience using recruitment tools
8. Proactiveness in looking for new sources of candidates
