Recruiter to join our team in Poland, focusing on recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and ready to work in the afternoon to align with US time zones. Strong sourcing skills are essential, and prior experience in the US market, particularly in data and AI recruitments, is a nice‑to‑have.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in Unit8s expansion by identifying, recruiting, and securing top talent in the US market. You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver hiring plans, while prioritizing candidate experience, streamlining processes, and enhancing Unit8s reputation as a preferred employer. You will tackle the following challenges within a high‑growth, fast‑paced company:
Initial Screening Call: Selected candidates will have a 45‑60 minute call with one of our recruiters. This meeting will focus on understanding your motivation, experience, and general fit for the role.
Team Interview: Successful candidates will be invited for an onsite interview with the team. This session will last approximately 2 hours and will delve deeper into your skills, problem‑solving abilities, and how you collaborate within a team setting.
Feedback and Decision: We value transparency and will provide detailed feedback to all candidates who reach the interview stage. Final decisions will be communicated promptly, ensuring a smooth and respectful process for all involved.
