Who We Are

Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. We work with some of the biggest organisations in Europe to solve the challenges that directly affect their business - be it operations, finance, manufacturing or R&D. Since our foundation, we have successfully delivered more than 200 projects and have grown to 150+ talented individuals across 6 office locations.

Unit8’s mission is to drive the adoption of AI and Data Science in the non-digital industries and to help accelerate their digital transformation. Among its activities, Unit8 dedicates a part of its resources and time on projects that deeply matter to us - that includes collaboration on pro-bono and “engineering for good” causes.

You Are

• An experienced Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with a focus on Data & AI roles. Experience in recruiting within the US market is highly desirable.
• Skilled in market mapping, sourcing and directly engaging with candidates, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
• Proficient in establishing and nurturing relationships with leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Experienced in spearheading and contributing to global recruiting initiatives, demonstrating a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities with ease.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with American candidates and stakeholders.
• A versatile team player who understands the value of collaboration, especially in a small company where you may be required to wear different hats and adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
• Willing to collaborate on B2B contract.
• Comfortable and ready to work in the afternoon to align with US time zones (e.g. 10:00-18:00 / 11:00-19:00).
