For an international company in the IT sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes in line with internal procedures.
- Source and attract candidates using diverse methods and channels.
- Recommend highly suitable candidates and maintain accurate records in JIRA and SmartRecruiters.
- Build and nurture candidate relationships and grow your IT network.
- Stay up to date with sourcing trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and B2B cooperation principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with labour law and B2B cooperation models.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience working with recruitment systems (e.g., JIRA, SmartRecruiters).
