Now, were looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to help top specialists find their perfect job!

Your responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting
• Sourcing & headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, other platforms
• Interviewing candidates, assessing their technical and soft skills
• Collaborating with hiring managers & sales teams to understand hiring needs
• Managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit) & candidate pipelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  
• Understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)
  
• Fluent Polish & English
  
• Proactive , self-driven approach to work
