Job Description:

• Cultivating relationships with top German automotive companies, leveraging an understanding of their business culture.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for our German clients, utilizing fluency in the German language to facilitate seamless communication and understanding.
• Leading and coordinating multinational teams based in our Munich and Katowice offices, effectively utilizing the German language to bridge communication gaps and enhance collaboration.
• Overseeing the work of project team members, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and monitoring performance.
• Responsible for the communication of project status and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the project stays within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Identifying, analyzing, and collecting business and product requirements related to IT processes, understanding business needs, and translating them into requirements for developer teams.
• Defining and prioritizing product features, creating and maintaining a product backlog, and steering development.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to stakeholders on improving business processes and product features.
