Our Client is a global IT outsourcing and consulting company with around 50 years of successful history. The company is present in 50 countries and has 8 offices in Poland.

We are looking for someone ready to work in a hybrid model, with 40% from the office in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities

End-to-end management of IT projects and programs, including: cloud migrations, implementations, and transformations, infrastructure assessments, integrations, security, and data center migrations, new tools implementation,
ensure client needs are met by overseeing the design, development, implementation, and delivery of IT solutions (infrastructure services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, migrations, transitions),
full project documentation management, including project charter, planning, risk/issue/dependency management, project changes, financial management, and reporting,
define and monitor overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements,
cooperate internationally with customers, project teams, and third-party vendors,
mentor and share knowledge within the organization,
apply and balance Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting to client and project needs.

Employer requirements

Proven experience in managing projects and programs in various fields, supported by tangible results,
strong background in IT project management, preferably within cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity environments,
excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage both own tasks and team activities,
strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels,
fluent in English and German (spoken and written),
ability to adjust methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) according to project context and client expectations,
passion for working with people, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.
