As the Training Lead, you will design and implement training programs to ensure the successful integration of a new DevSecOps platform within engineering teams. This role requires autonomous work and strong multitasking skills to develop adaptively learning solutions.
Principal Duties:
• Develop a strategic training plan for Wind River Studio.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define content for various learning formats.
• Work with the training team to maintain current and accessible digital training materials.
• Support seminar sessions and simplify training access across channels.
• Manage training content on the learning management system with a global LMS Specialist.
• Understand training needs through regular feedback and adapt training materials accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in tech or engineering fields.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
• Experienced with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent command of English.
Desirable:
• Experience with Cornerstone and Skilljar systems.
• Background in the automotive industry.
• Basic graphic design skills.
