Join Us as an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our tech teams. You'll manage teams, oversee project goals, and ensure the successful delivery of new features. 

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 12 000 - 15 000 net PLN or $3 100 - $3 900 net monthly, depending on your experience. 

We work from our office in Warsaw . You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week .

Your responsibilities include

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and effective communication.
  • Task management: Break down, assign, and prioritize tasks. Create and adapt detailed project roadmaps, aligning team efforts with overall goals.
  • Manage multiple projects: Allocate resources effectively and meet deadlines across initiatives.
  • Risk & issue management: Identify, resolve, and escalate challenges as needed.
  • Report progress: Provide regular updates on project status and evaluate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with the CEO and tech leadership team to address dependencies and streamline development.
  • Maintain documentation: Ensure all project-related materials are up-to-date.
  • Monitor quality: Oversee deliverables, improve processes, and keep the team ahead of the curve.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Scrum methodology for effective project management and team collaboration.
  • Proven experience in working with technology teams to achieve project goals.
  • Background in projects involving developer tools , such as SDKs, APIs, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in dynamic situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for effective collaboration with teams and C-level team. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

  • Experience in gaming, Web3, or new technologies industries.
