Must have

• 8–15+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years managing SAP MDG programs and 10+ years of project management.
• Strong knowledge of MDG domains such as Material, BP/Customer/Vendor, Finance, and EAM.
• Hands‑on understanding of data models, workflows, BRF+, UI modeling, replication, and integration frameworks.
• Experience delivering global or multi‑country SAP programs and working in enterprise data governance environments.
• Strong project management capabilities — PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of master data processes, MDM/MDG frameworks, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BODS/SLT, Information Steward, and migration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and risk‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed global environments.
• High ownership, accountability, and a structured project‑delivery mindset.

• Experience in regulated industries or large‑scale enterprise transformations.
• Background in data governance tooling or enterprise data quality platforms.
• Exposure to SAP MDG extensions, custom objects, or advanced workflow automation.

,[Lead end‑to‑end SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare., Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans to ensure predictable delivery., Drive the master data governance strategy, covering data models, workflows, validation rules, ownership structures, and governance processes., Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and process design across multiple MDG domains., Manage cross‑functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, data architects, and integration specialists., Oversee configuration, workflow (BRF+), UI modeling, replication, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non‑SAP systems., Lead data migration strategy, including cleansing, validation, mapping, and cutover execution., Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodologies and internal PMO standards., Maintain strong stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates., Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards., Support user training, change management, and knowledge‑transfer activities.
