Job Description:

• Deliver IT projects within defined scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Analyse project requirements to establish timelines, budgets, and delivery approaches.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach teams on agile methodologies, like Scrum, Kanban.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of the Project, Portfolio & Knowledge Management department.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical implementations.

Requirements:

• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge and a strategic approach to project delivery.
• Proven experience in project management with knowledge of classic, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with methodologies like PMI, PRINCE2, and agile frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with fluency in both Polish and English.
