About the project:

For our client, one of the largest Polish banks, we are conducting a project to design and implement a modern cloud data platform based on Snowflake AI Data Cloud and Microsoft Azure. Part of the platform implementation will involve configuring cloud services in accordance with security and regulatory compliance requirements. The project will also implement business scenarios addressing the bank's current and future needs, including automation and standardization of data processing (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured), integration with the bank's current ecosystem (Azure, Teradata, AutomateNOW), and the development of processes and tools for projects using AI/ML.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, ownership, and proactiveness

• Min. 5 years of experience

• Experience in data warehousing and BI projects

• Experience with Snowflake (nice to have)

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities

• Experience in working with remote teams

• Excellent communication in English

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments

• Ability to work in a multinational environment

• The collaborative approach to people, flexibility, and responsiveness

• Experience in mentoring junior PMs is welcome

Nice to have advantages:

• PM certifications

• Agile experience and/or certification

• BI/DW, Big Data Project knowledge
