Currently, for our client, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and lead complex IT projects in the energy sector.

responsibilities :
Collaborating closely with the Business Process Manager and Product Owner to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Leading IT-related activities, ensuring alignment with project strategy.
Facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between business and IT subteams.
Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Serving as the primary IT contact for external Project Steering Committee members and vendor executives.
Preparing materials such as status reports, risk assessments, and milestone updates for decision-making.
Defining project milestones, deliverables, and schedules in collaboration with IT Architects and Data Engineers.
Working with the Q&A/Test Manager to ensure high standards.
Ensuring documentation compliance with TenneT"s PM framework.
Overseeing the development and adaptation of CSV tools, coordinating with the IT subteam.
Ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and alignment with the broader IT ecosystem.
Overseeing data integration and automation for test data compatibility with the central cost-sharing tool.
Coordinating testing cycles to meet functional and performance standards.
Recommending improvements to optimize tool performance, usability, and efficiency.
Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation in line with TenneT"s PM framework.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT PM in complex software projects, ideally in the energy sector.
Experience with transmission system operators (TSOs) or energy grid management.
Proven ability to manage vendors and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks.
Skilled in documentation and reporting.
Fluency in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies and priorities.
PMP or similar project management certification required.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
Proficiency in IT systems integration, automation, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with collaborative workspace tools (e.g., Confluence).
Project Management: PMP or equivalent.
Agile Development: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP or equivalent.
Quality Assurance: ISTQB or similar for quality oversight.
Data Engineering: Certification in data management helpful for data integration oversight.
