Set up and manage the PMO to standardize project-related governance processes and facilitate sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Manage the portfolio of running projects.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff. Ensure that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Managing risks at a portfolio level.
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
Implement continuous improvements to the project management methodologies used by the PMO.
Maintain the IT strategy.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a PMO manager, project manager or in a similar role.
Experience in project management and execution.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
