The role involves leading complex IT and cloud programs in a large-scale enterprise environment, with a strong focus on cloud migration, Agile/SAFe delivery, and stakeholder governance. IT Project Manager / Cloud Program / Solutions Development Engineering Domain
Your responsibilities
- Define and govern program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery models
- Plan, execute, and oversee complex programs and multiple concurrent projects
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Manage application, data, and infrastructure migration programs
- Establish and drive Agile, SAFe, release, and sprint governance (PI Planning, SoS, demos)
- Own program financials, including budgets and cloud cost tracking
- Run Steering Committees and deliver executive-level reporting
- Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Ensure security, compliance, audit readiness, and quality standards are met
- Manage change, adoption, training, and post-delivery support activities
- Oversee vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers
- Define acceptance criteria, manage deliverable sign-off, and ensure outcome quality
- Track team performance, resource utilization, and delivery effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with cloud architects, engineers, business leaders, and PMO
- Communicate status, escalate issues, and align Program and Portfolio leadership
Our requirements
- Proven ability to lead projects in large-scale, complex IT environments
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies
- Familiarity with recognized project management practices: work breakdown structures, risk/issue management, resource loading, project monitoring and controlling, and quality assurance
- Strong exposure to cloud programs: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Cloud migration knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end project management leadership
- Financial management of budgets ranging from $5M–$20M, including FinOps and cost optimization
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/CFN) at governance level
- Vendor and contract management, including SLA governance
- Awareness of risk, compliance, and security standards: GDPR
- Executive stakeholder management, including CIO, CTO, and CISO level interactions
- Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a directly related field
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, PPM
