We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects that supports the Digital Transformation Department. The role involves a wide range of focus areas related to Security, Systems, IT Operations, Data Analytics and AI.
responsibilities :
Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and Manager. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with internal security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation. Provide regular status updates and post-project reviews.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital transformation
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Familiarity with tools in MS Office 365 including Planner, MS Project, or equivalent
Experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity practices
Ability to plan and execute short- and long-term projects,
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with managing vendors and third-party service providers
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
Experience from the hospitality business a strong advantage
