About the job:
At OMNIVISER, we help organizations turn data into value through end-to-end data integration and advanced analytics solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the areas of data engineering, business intelligence, and AI implementation.
You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing relationships with enterprise clients, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic data-driven solutions. Your experience in handling large-scale B2B projects, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, will be essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data integration, BI, and AI projects for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical project scopes
- Define project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, AI specialists, DevOps) to deliver solutions on time and within scope
- Oversee project governance, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, including executive-level clients
- Track and report on project performance, KPIs, and progress towards business goals
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment phases in cooperation with technical and business teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across project teams
- Support pre-sales efforts and contribute to solution design when needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing IT or data/AI-related projects, preferably in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and data architecture (e.g. Azure, Data Lake, data warehouses, ETL)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. data engineers, DevOps, analysts, product owners)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
- Fluency in Polish
- University degree in IT, engineering, data science, business, or a related field
Nice to have:
- Documented success in delivering complex data integration, BI, or AI/ML projects
- Experience in pre-sales support or solution design
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as: Django, Snowflake, Mulesoft, - Databricks, Power BI, Azure Data Factory
- University degree in IT, engineering, data science, business, or a related field (if not already listed above)
