Operating system, WindowsYour responsibilities, Set up and manage the PMO to standardize project-related governance processes and facilitate sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques., Manage the portfolio of running projects., Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff.
