Join Us as an IT Project Manager


We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our tech projects across our internal backend team. Youll manage a team, oversee project goals, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.


We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 12 000 - 15 000 net PLN or $3 100 - $3 900 net monthly, depending on your experience. 

We work from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.


Your responsibilities include

  • Leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication, alignment with Agile principles, and the removal of impediments to keep the team on track.
  • Breaking down and assigning tasks, creating and managing detailed project roadmaps that outline milestones, prioritize work, and align team efforts with overall project goals, while continuously adapting to changes in scope and priorities.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that deadlines are met across all initiatives.
  • Ensuring effective risk and issue management, resolving problems, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Reporting regularly on project status, progress, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO to resolve dependencies and streamline product development.
  • Maintaining project documentation.
  • Monitoring the quality of development work, performance, and deliverables, continuously improving processes to ensure the team is always one step ahead.


We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Scrum methodology for effective project management and team collaboration.
  • Proven experience of working with technology teams to achieve project goals.
  • Background in projects involving developer tools, such as SDKs, APIs, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in dynamic situations.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for effective collaboration with teams and C-level team. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in gaming, Web3, or new technologies industries.
